Their engineer, Dio, did an exceptional job of rewiring the three-phase planer to a single phase, which was necessary for our business. Dio was polite and professional throughout the process, working efficiently in a tight space without any issues. Overall, we were extremely satisfied with the service provided by Dio via Scott and Sargent and would highly recommend them to others in need of woodworking machinery

Just called in , advisor was well rude and dint not want to provide info , as he was to busy with other stuff. You just lost yourself a loyal customer since 2015 . Please chose your staff wisely !

Delivery took a lot longer than expected and after getting in touch with Louis was offered a full refund which I declined and after checking on the order it finally arrived when he said it would! The product is top quality and well packaged, delighted with the overall service, would recommend and definitely order from them again!
