Scully & Scully

I had been struggling to find a replacement plate, or even any information about it, as the brand is not manufactured or produced in the US. Google listed Scully & Scully as a business that carried this brand. When I called, I was connected to Tracy G., who could not have been more kind, patient, or gracious, especially because my ask ended up not being directly related to her making a sale. None the less, she followed up several times and ultimately her assistance proved very helpful. I will, absolutely, plan to shop with Scully & Scully for any future needs.

I called the store to learn more about the products I hoped to purchase. I had hopes of receiving a more personalized experience. Since that call, I have been in regular communications with the same individual who has helped me efficiently and with cordiality. I have shopped previously with Scully and been satisfied, but now I am a committed customer. Thank you TG and Scully and Scully.

Eric in the service department helped me tremendously with an important return. We have exchanged several emails back and forth - he has been prompt, polite and extremely helpful. I have a great experience. I ordered a product that was partly shipped with the remaining on backorder. Part of the back order came in as scheduled but part did not. After talking with Valentina I was informed that she would have to go direct to the factory to secure the order. I told Valentina it was a Mother's Day gift and asked her if she could make that happen with only two weeks to go. VALENTINA was a superstar and made it happen. I have always had great service at Scully & Scully and now I know why, they hire great people. Thank you, Valentina, for what appeared to be extra effort but I'm sure it's just who you are.

This review is more about Valentina and her excellent customer service. I purchased an item I wanted engraved for a birthday and even though it was on a tight timing, Valentina made sure the item came to me out in California on time. She communicated multiple times with the engraver to ensure it would be done and even sent the shipping label to them to ship directly when it wasn’t getting back to Scully in time. Plus she constantly updated me on the progress. I will continue to ship from Scully and Scully due to my excellent experience with Valentina. I should also add the money clip was of great quality and the engraving too.
