Sedgwick Cms

Tomika Melvin was my husbands' agent handling his case. She was rude and not helpful. My husband was in a lot of pain due to his injury. He waited for months to get any treatment and he was only prescribed heavy pain killers. This is a horrible company. An honest hard-working person doesn't deserve to be treated this way when hardship happens.

From looking at the posts, it would seem that Sedgwick is being trained by att specialists to lie to their customers in which they are extremely poor. The positive statements at the bottom of the list are obviously plants, the same that att does on their facebook and I hate att pages on the internet. Sedgwick claims to have no ties with at&t yet communication comes in an at&t envelope and letterhead. BS is BS no matter how one looks. I just received a returned letter from Sedgwick with a postal stamp stating "not deliverable and can not forward" this when the communication from Sedgwick had the address printed on it clearly. It's the same with at&t, if they don't want to communicate with you, they simply ignore your information. Both of these companies are scum and hopefully the wrath of God will rain down on them.

I just started with the company last Monday....So training four weeks long. I had a doctor's appointment this pass Tuesday due to my on going health condition. I return to work on Wednesday and gave the trainer my Doctor excuse. He then gets up and take it to whoever office. So I make it to work this morning....was there all of 10 minutes and got pull out of the training class to go to the conference room. When I got there I was told that I was being terminated because you can't miss no days while in training. I explained to them about my on going health condition and the trainer was aware of the appointment the day before the appointment. I was then told we don't honor Doctor excuses while in training....The only thing I could say was wow...So why you guys wait until Friday comes to terminate me when the appointment was Tuesday. After reading the termination paper it don't give a reason for termination.

Wonderful company! Hard building to find but they are equipped with a cream of the crop staff.

Not speaking on the company as a whole but I had a conversation with the HR representative and she came off really rude and does not know how to talk to people. I WILL NEVER apply with this company especially if I have to speak with FAITH FREEMAN.
