Yasmine returned my call the next day to set up an appointment. She was very accommodating, saying she’d come in after normal hours. However she was a no show. I left a message, saying I was there early and waited for her. She never returned my call, no apologized for being a no show. I would not trust them to do taxes or give financial advice if they cannot honor an appointment.

Super rude!! My husband does day trading and he is learning so our tax returns were complicated this year. Looks like debbie hates people who does day trading. Looks like she only wants clients who are super clean. Her assistant didn’t do right job and she was delayed in looking at files in advanced. She simply took out all frustrations on us. Ridiculous service this year!
