Ask for a 12 man Trial don’t feed into there plea bargain scenario they have going on in Champaign county they love to double charge people and offer to drop one charge if you plea out this city is very corrupt from the politics of state eating lunch with the public defenders to the judges sleeping with each other ask for your discovery challenge there accusations and ask for foia on all of your cases if you have issues with representation report the attorney to the Supreme Court… let’s beat this 98 percent conviction rate and give these people a run for they money and lastly let’s all stop committing crimes that involve victims we don’t need to be out here hurting each other

I know I came to court in September 2019 for a traffic violation. I received a letter from the state’s attorneys for a court date in November saying that I needed to appear in court for the same exact case that I was told was dismissed in September. They also had me in the system for failure to appear in court for September. I had to go to court for this same case 3 times until they got it right.

Lost my paperwork. Big hassle
