Brad my service technician performed a maintenance check on my 3 heating units today. He did not up-sell any unneeded services, and advised me as to what he would do to keep my units running he best with minimal costs. Because of his detailed explanation of my 3 units, I renewed my annual service contract that I was previously going to cancel. Thanks Brad and I will ask for you again for the summer servicing of my AC.

Phillip Davis was awesome today. I hope this is the correct location. He diagnosed our problem step by step and saved us from going to a hotel tonight and tomorrow night. We are originally Kruger customers and have never had anyone else but Kruger and SE. In fact, Kruger did the initial work when we built our house 25 yrs ago. Phillip was very thorough. I called around 12:30 pm Saturday and he was here by 2:00. Please let him know we appreciate his perseverance and expertise.

Service Experts installed my A/C unit. I was very pleased with the install and their willingness to squeeze me in for service on short notice due to my unit not cooling. Bernie was very professional and explained the issues. He was prompt and very tidy in his work. He took photographs of the old and newly installed parts. He also worked on the ducts/vents making sure the airflow was increased. I was very pleased with the overall service team. They called to keep me informed of Bernie's arrival multiple times. Bernice did a great job.

Ruben came to my Nana's house and repaired a 4" wall hydrant due to it being old and leaking. He had to remove brick due to the old soldered in the wall. HE did a great job and she felt very comfortable with him handling this job for her. It's sometimes hard to find trustworthy individuals but we can say Ruben V was a great plumber for our issue.

We called the company when we had a serious airflow issue and they dispatched Phillip Davis to us. Great tech. Very polite and professional. Gave us a straight up diagnosis of what was wrong with our unit and informed us about the EZpay maintenance plan. We are happy to have techs like him come out and help us out and he was a great representation for this company.
