2 stars because of excellent receptionist/ secretary. If CPS is involved she will take their lead. Saw both my children for a total of 30 mins between 2 visits about 8 months apart. Never talked with myself or any other agencies involved, school, daycare, CAC counseling, teachers, pediatrician.

This review is for Michael shanley I believe his daughter also works at this place and I'm unsure of her abilities. Mr shanley in my opinion did not do a lot for my case and eventually I had to transfer to another law firm because he was suspended for one year.

Kristen Shanely was my children’s law guardian. She didn’t call the school counselors or teachers to learn about the family dynamics. I was seeking treatment for a disease that now has presented and my children were getting special education services. I have documentation from Buffalo Hospital that my daughter was under stress from the transitions and pending divorce schedule. If the law guardian did her job, she would have know that my daughter has clinical anxiety, clinical transition order, and had to be hospitalized twice for suicidal ideation. In addition, my son was molested by another child on their father’s parenting time. To make matters worse all mental health officials are ALARMED with the custody schedule that presents stress, transitions, and personality disorders, especially trauma for children with disabilities. I am now under the support of a medical team that is treating me for PTSD from the divorce, disease and injuries sustained. The forensic counselor shared that my children will sustain damages from their father and to report to the school that he is mentally unstable. Due to his sociopathic personalities, I have to have aid from a forensic counselor to cope with this mess. I was even told to give up custody and move out of state. My counselor said I won’t have another survivor to lean on and I don’t have anyone to share my story with, because people like me don’t live through the abuse I sustained. This law guardian never looked at my daughter health records, IEP nor understands the needs of a child with disabilities! I have been told that my daughter may need forensic treatment! My children wanted to live with me. She forced joint and didn’t call any of the outside agencies that I worked with for years to obtain with mental health counselors! I recommend this law guardian if you think children should be abused! I look forward to seeing her again in a mal-practice lawsuit and a class action lawsuits! My children are aware they can sue her when they are adults! I wrote a letter to the judge and enclosed the WIC statement for my son. I went 10 months without child support. The psychology association says that my children’s custody schedule is torture! But what do they know... just a PhD and Md is psychology, how could that overpower a 3 credit class she has! I was seeking help from various agencies in Oswego that were private... but she didn’t care to ask me anything. In the mental health field, a man that has a mother dies, then drains all the money, takes out a loan, and files for custody wasn’t questioned! I was told from mental health counselors that I am not sick in the least, that I’m in so much pain seeing my children suffer daily! I hope she encounters the worst form Of humiliation and karma! I have Oswego hospital, St. Joes hospital, disease specialist, forensic counselor, Buffalo Hospital, and now a neurologist for abuse documentation for me and my children! My counselor and a former MD psychiatrist said I have been abused horribly, and my children are tortured daily. This makes her look bad! Thanks for not doing your job. When my ex shows up wearing his dead mothers wig and want us to call him, Norm, I’ll have the detectives call you first! My forensic counselor said that the lawyers involved in this are extremely sick, cruel, and were paid off by his father!
