Wells Fargo employs them to exploit veterans to put single mother veterans out of their homes. Everyone knows lawyers have a reputation for being comparable to Satan...you cant get any closer than that except maybe child molesters. But I think even child molesters would be offended by the comparison to this team.

Man, listen! Their CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS are horrible. I WILL NOT and I DO MEAN will not every, every contact them again about a property or their services! A BIG, BIG joke!

The response from Shapiro & Ingle further shows that they are liars and do not care about the people that they work with. The security breech came from their systems. For them to say that EVERY transaction that was conducted would be a huge lie. My email was spoofed and they were not smart enough to see that emails were actually coming from a bogus email that was set up to look like my email. After they advised that they felt that my email was hacked, my IT provider was contacted immediately and handled. I even switched email addresses, but Shapiro & Ingle continued to email me through the hacked email. From my understanding, there were other transactions that were not involving me or my clients in which Shapiro & Ingle sent wires to the wrong accounts, but has chosen to blame this on me. Beware that there are many other clients and REALTORS who share their bad experiences about Shapiro & Ingle. Ties were cut because they had to find someone to blame their mistakes on, and they chose me, an African-American male. I have the transcripts from my email provider showing where this issue was resolved on my side. However, the spoofer also spoofed their email because there were other clients that were not my clients that experienced the same thing. I DO NOT RECOMMEND SHAPIRO & INGLE. STAY AWAY FROM them. They have employees who will vouch that they do not treat people right.
