This is an excellent company that is amazing at serving their clients. I've worked with 4 separate attorneys at this company and all of them have been well prepared and did a fantastic job. Samantha VanTol is a great attorney and takes pride in her work and is a extremely hard worker! I would highly recommend this company to anyone.

All these reviews must be fake. These guys are only there to collect your money. They wait as long as they can do to the bare minimum and charge the highest they can for it. Also they request to withdrawl (keith koonman) as soon as you ask a question they cant answer. Obviously the courts wont let them, but it's still childish. Dont fall for these fake reviews. These guys are not worth your time. The only person there with a heart is an assistant Kimberly knowak, I hope you find a better firm someday, good luck.nnEdit: let me add.... I lost everything and have over $500 child support a month for one child. Not one person gave me any useable advice and my attorney didnt even show up to the final hearing. Not to mention when they did respond, they left me with no time every time and responded with either pointless info or nonsense. I EVEN GOT CHARGED FOR ARGUMENT EMAILS BETWEEN MY LAWYOR AND I THAT HE OBVIOUSLY ONLY STARTED SO HE COULD CHARGE ME.nnFinally got a copy of the judgement of divorce.... it's not even the one I signed..... these guys seriously just dont kniw what they are doing. How can they be this bad?nnMay 2nd.nIvan shaw, my attorneys boss (Keith koonman) just saw this review and isnt happy about. He reached out to me asking why I didnt go to him first. So I told him I did. He told me he has no emails from me so I forwarded the emails I've sent him to prove I did. He than tried to say because I stayed with them after those emails, I must have been ok with everything all of the sudden. Failing to realize in those emails I stated they had all my money and I had no time left before my hearing to find a new attorney and them waiting to the last minute is why. Hes sitting at his desk trying to find a way to fix this review by telling me he didnt know. The emails I sent to him today prove he knew what was going on. I asked him to stop emailing me if he was going to act like they did anything for me.nnMay 3rdnGot a bench warrent for my arrest for failure to report to a show cause hearing because my attorney Keith, told me it was my only option at the time. Come to find out, if I would have shown up and not listen to him I could have shown cause and still have my licence without a threat of jail time from a bench warrent. I now cant do anything about my arrears without going to jail and I now cant drive because of the stupid advise from my attorney Keith koonman. I understand I should have known better cause of this thing called common sense, but when this advise came from someone that supposedly knows better, why wouldnt I take it? These guys litterally screwed up my entire life. Made it impossible for me to get back on my feet after taking all my money for nothing but a bench warrent in return.nnObvious fake reviews.nDerek hunderman: big hot shot in grand rapids. Obviously used for credability and big enough name to win whatever case he had. Wasnt shaws doing. Racking up his credibility for specific reviews like this one and finally writes a perfect professional review out of no where.... punctuation, abbreviation explained, and a recommendation. Was told what to say. The Jeff he is referencing got rid of me because he said he didnt have the time I was asking for and said Keith has plenty of time for me. Which is why I was stuck with Keith in the first place.... who apparantly had no time for me.....

I've worked with a number of attorneys throughout my career. The team led by Samantha Vantol is the best. Sam truly is a subject matter expert who provides solid counsel and guidance. Accessible, understanding, fair and thoughtful. I highly recommend!
