Buying a house and need title insurance. The title insurance attorney sat on my file for 2 weeks and did NOTHING. This has now delayed things where I either have to pay another month's rent or try to do a pre-possession. Either way it's costing me more money that I wouldn't have had to pay if they didn't sit on things for 2 weeks. Then, to top it off, the attorney emails me to tell me they are charging me extra to do a pre-possession even though it's their fault it was delayed!!!
Very polite, experienced and following all the steps with covid 19. Highly recommend this firm for whatever your need may be!
