I hired Shawn to have my record expunged. I told her of my concerns and she told me she wasn't concerned. After paying her, she would not contact me for months. I called and left messages, emails and talked with her assistant. I ended up having to sue Shawn and winning. Although, when I went to cash the checks they were no good. I have contacted Shawn several times for new a check and she said it would be taken care of. That was several months ago and I still have not received a refund. Another Lawsuit if forthcoming. If I was you, I would find different representation.
