Worst customer service experience I have ever had. No complaints can explain why they don't answer phones ,respond or call back.sue happy bunch. Ambulance chasers. Should be disbarred.

Zero stars. Unethical, fraudulent office. They will document false information in their notes regarding payment due date and/or payment arrangements. They will mail letters to incorrect addresses and document false information regarding the timeline. Do not work directly with this office. Contact the collection agency instead or only respond in writing. Do not call. File a grievance against the attorney with the Idaho State Bar for all violations of the IDAHO RULES OF PROFESSIONAL CONDUCT, unethical behavior, lack of communication, etc.

If i could give no stars I would called these people to explain I have never had a bill mailed to me and that I have not lived at and address for over 30 years and they don't even listen they just keep reciting some crazy script of how they sent letters to the address and they were never returned LIKE I HAVE ANY CONTROL OVER THAT! Rude people your trying to work with them and get bill paid and they just want to go to court with you so they can rack up more fees. INSANE WHAT KIND OF COUNTRY WE LIVE IN TODAY. I will tell you this people who own company's like this are what the root of the problems are today

ZERO STAR. Never answer the phone no matter what time you call. If you leave a msg, they won’t call back either.
