I did make a mistake, The below took place in St. Cloud not Mapel Grove. I would be very careful with this firm for Bankruptcy. a very close friend of mine going through financial trouble, as most people seeking bankruptcy. Met with them on a Friday under the impression it was a free consultation, was told they couldn't file chapter 7 bankruptcy must file a 13, They paid them over $2100.00. In advance. was told money back guarantee. Over the weekend they decided not to file, to contact the creditors and work something out. The following Monday they contacted the lawyer to let them know. The law firm refuses to refund any of the proceeds. NOT A PENNY! TRUE STORY! anyone would understand if they kept a couple hundred for their time, but to keep it all and then say they worked on it all weekend and then some is ridiculous. I'd find another firm!

I nothing but positives to say about Wes and his team of professionals. The process went as good as could be expected. Julie was always responsive in a timely fashion; and seemed to interact, and sort of direct the team members, -to make sure I was being attended to properly. Thank you Julie! I can't thank this team enough for what they did for Dennis. From start to finish we were informed on what was going on, what was needed, and when things would be finalized.
