Sheridan Memorial Hospital

I truly HATE this hospital, and trying to pay on my account! Their website, which one used to be able to EASILY pay on accounts has been TEMPORARILY down, since February, it is now almost July. When you call in to make a payment the billing office personnel are NEVER available to take your call, and you are asked to leave a message and then wait up to 24 hours, for a call back. I am NOT leaving CC info., on an answering machine. This is NOT how I'd run my business if it were me.

Excellent care at the urgent care clinic. Plus you can schedule an appt online! Very nice.

I have had a few great experiences with the hospital. My last experience with urgent care was very pleasant. The staff worked hard on making sure I was checked in quickly. Everyone was nice and cared to hear about my symptoms. The doctor was very helpful. I will go back and recommend to others.

I've been to the hospital and the urgent Care 3 times in the past 2 weeks. They are all extremely professional and everyone I have dealt with has been very nice. Very clean and positive environment.

Went to Urgent Care for rib pain Staff was friendly but nurse not very engaged in my symptoms. Will go to a doctor in the future.
