If there was an option to do zero stars I would've. Daniel, Jason, Stephenie only want your money. We paid a retainer over 6 weeks ago and they did not even begin the case. As some may know when it comes to immigration issues (renewal) there is a time limit. Things need to be done before an expiration date. The case was not started, ZERO communication about anything at all. The only time they talked was when we had to set up a meeting to get any answers. At the first meeting (we asked for ) 6 plus weeks later, they tried to up the price. When asked why it was above the original pricing instead of any valid reason Daniel brought up the bills for the law firm such as rent, water, lights. WE asked to speak to Jason as he was the one who told us the agreed amount price and were told he was unavailable. Mind you this was 6 weeks after we paid 2,000 dollars nothing on the case was started. WE even made a monthly payment in that time span and nothing was started. We asked for a refund as we were being taken advantage of, during this process we asked for a piece of paper stating the case was closed . DANIEL said word of mouth was okay? WE knew this wasn't correct so wrote out our own termination later and Daniel signed. Just to find out days later When we called, Daniel never communicated that the termination was complete. We were asked to send a termination text and I responded with a photo of signed paper . Stephanie then said " it didn't say this was completed". POOR COMMUNICATION not just with clients but within the firm. When it came to the refund of the check we asked if it was mailed out or ready to pick up (as requested) and was told by Stephanie there was no update and it was not ready. We then called Daniel moments later to be told the check was sent out. POOR COMMUNICATION WITHIN THE FIRM. And of course they charged $500 for the things they did on this unstarted case. I suggest going literally anywhere else and not letting these people take advantage of you or your family in time of need! They know youre circumstances and feed off the fact that you need help. GO ANYWHERE ELSE.

I hired Jasón December 2024 he knew about my case and told me it would be 9000 . He was asking for a $2000 retainer to begin. So I paid him the retainer that week, and was told to wait for a paper in the mail, stating what documents I needed. I waited for seven weeks nothing came in the mail zero communication with the law firm or any of the associates. The only meeting I had is the one I had to call and set up which I was assuming would’ve been with Jason. Instead, it was Daniel telling me that they were about to start the case before they start the case they were gonna need $2500 more. Super unprofessional communication. I told Daniel I did not want to start my case with their law firm after seven weeks of waiting for them to start it. After receiving the check in the mail, they took $540 for “stuff they did for the case. “ if you need help with your case or anything immigration this is not the spot to do it.

Hello my name is Ricardo Miranda Damian I am currently been represented by Jason Finch and associates in order to get my residency. so for everything was going great till now I have been waiting for 2 years now for my appointment in the US embassy in Juarez Mexico, when they send my paperwork for my appointment they told me it was going to be from 6-8 months the lates was going to be 10 months maybe 11 months but now as of today September 29 Has been 2 years waiting and honestly I am loosing hope specially when I talk to Lizbeth like 5-6 months ago she told me that apparently everything was still going slow that I would not get a a response till maybe next year, and also I was told by her that everything has gone digital now so I am scared that my paperwork must’ve gotten lost. Every time I send a email to ask about the situation they rarely respond like for example, I sent a email to Lizbeth two weeks ago till now I have not gotten a response and again like I said I feel I am losing hope because I know a couple Friends families that been waiting for their appointments have gotten there’s like 7-8 months ago. I guess I have to be waiting for for another year don’t know what’s going on don’t know if I have to redo my paperwork because everything when digital now and gotten forgotten in the process of everything going digital , I just want a sincere response not just a still being processed response. My husband and I were recommended this lawyer by a friend. The front desk staff is very rude and hardly ever answers the phone. When we started the process also they were demanding my husband to get a physical without telling us it had a deadline. Now that we got all the paperwork in we’re lost. We even had to resend documents because they lost them. There has been no updates and we have went from Daniel to Lisbeth to Eva. This is more frustrating then we ever thought it to be. Jason himself was very nice but to be spending large sums of money on something you don’t even know the status of is very disappointing.

If you want to deal with liars and over worked attorneys then this is where you go. Jason Finch has had more failed court cases than successful ones. The Latino community knows this but he continues to take advantage of those who don’t know where else to go. His little bit of broken Spanish gets him clients. Why do you think they have new Latina receptionist every couple of months? They realize they’re dealing with a liar so they leave. Look elsewhere for immigration cases, this guy doesn’t care.
