Ok, so i am going to start this out by addressing a few things. Unfortunately I have a lot of experience in family court and I have had more than my fair share of attorneys. I have been embroiled in an extremely contentious custody matter for almost 8 years and counting. In my experience ALL family court attorneys have difficulties keeping up with client communication, likely because they heavy case loads and additional work added by the fact that in a lot of divorce cases one of the parties is a nut, which is why the divorce is happening it the first place. I can PROMISE you this: when it's your turn, when things get really heated, Linda will make you a top priority. It way not always seem like you are getting the attention you think you need, but that is only because she is helping someone who has something much worse/pressing going on that you at that moment. Most people have no idea what actually happening behind the scenes. There is a ton of interaction between attorney, professionals, etc . Some people feel because they done see anything happening or get a play by play of whats going on they think they are getting ripped off. I am not saying it doesn't happen, it does, but not by Linda. . She has represented me for 4 years now and from experience I can share that this lady does not stop working at 5pm or even on the weekends if something needs to happen. She goes WAY beyond. Without getting into the details of my case I will say this, Linda's diligence, attention to detail, brilliant mind and honesty have COMPLETELY turned mine and my family's life around for the better. If you are looking for lip service, go elsewhere. She will not lie to you just to make you feel better or to pump you up to get more money. If you are looking for real results, this is who you need Over the years I have also had many interactions with Tanner and the other attorneys there. They too have always been very helpful and friendly. This is where I intend to stay

After Linda Harris received my deposit she disappeared. She takes many months to file documents in court. This attorney just gets the money and doesn’t do any work. It took me three months to get a hold of her. She Doesn’t return massages or emails and her assistant doesn’t help at all either; he only transfers you to her voicemail. I recently found the lady who referred her to me and she told me that she terminated her service because she “ghosted her”. She also told me “good luck getting a refund”.

I have been going to this law firm for years, and every single attorney and staff member have been friendly, welcoming, helpful, skilled, and knowledgeable. I have been in a pickle a couple of times and this law firm helped out immensely. They work with you to find the right solution, and I am very grateful a law firm with so much integrity exists in Como. Linda Harris is the attorney I have had the most experience with and she is such a caring and intelligent human. You can tell she does this career because she wants to help others. She is great at her job and I have 100% faith in her to get results for me. If you need a family law attorney, look no further than Linda Harris.
