We had a recently completed remodel. Contractor is fully paid but subcontractors are not. Subcontractors are saying they would put lien to our house. The contractor said they couldn't do that. Also I had to make a bad Google review to our contractor and I got irate text messages. I email Silberman law firm one night and the following day I got a call from a lawyer (David Austin Black). He answered all of my questions. It's quite confusing when you hear conflicting information from different people and it's frustrating to Google as I need answers on my specific questions. He provided me options of what I could do should the situation deteriorate and it really gave me a peace of mind knowing things straight from someone who knows Texas law. Really thank you!
