I can summarize my personal experience and service received in two words....EPIC FAILURE. My calls and emails were ignored the majority of the time leaving me totally disappointed. My case was and still is extremely important to me and I thought I had the right guy for the job...apparently not...but now I do. My clients expect a fast reply when they reach out to me and I do my best to return calls, emails and texts as fast as possible. There is no excuse for an attorney not communicating with paying clients on a consistent basis to keep them informed .The attorney representing me now returns my calls and replies to my emails on weekends and even after normal business hours. Paul left me in the dark for many months with precious time wasted for no good reason. I was ignored and deserved better treatment.
