I came to Jason Pistiner with a very frustrating and complicated child custody issue that I had been dealing with. He has been very professional, helpful, understanding, and definitely has made this process so much easier for me to handle and has put my mind at ease. Any questions or concerns I have had he has been very quick to respond and has always made me feel that he has had my best interest at heart from the very beginning. How I wish there was an option for minus 5 stars. Jason Pistiner lacks basic knowledge of the law, and is more concerned about his pocket book than the truth. Do your research and stay away. Mr. Pisiter might as well have been my ex spouse attorney, as he advised me to wait until after all proceedings to file an administrative review on the assigned Judge. He did so after being in the courtroom and hearing with his own ears that my ex spouse admitted to perjury and obstruction of justice after accusing me of premeditated murder and kidnapping. Then after asking Mr. Pistiner to have certain information submitted sealed as it was highly sensitive, Mr. Pistiner advises that it cannot be done either. Again, poor counsel and lack of knowledge of the law. The law also states that once slandered, then the party slandered may go on the offensive and present any and all evidence to prove that the accuser credibility cannot be trusted. Mr. Pistiner will not take this route, and would rather play the submissive role and defend the false allegations without using evidence. Now Mr. Pisitner only cares about the remaining fees, yet he didn't even earn what he was already paid.
