Not satisfied at all should of went with a different law firm took them almost 8 months to even find out if they had insurance stopping me from getting the right medical attention and lost wages out the window do to lack of investigation into insurance come to find out they did have insurance now with burns and probably permanent ear damage after jumping into a car accident that involves 6 kids with a car on fire that hit a tree at 60 had to put the car out 4 times with my hands crawling under the smashed up car with 6 knocked out and badly hurt kids to put out the fire while everyone just watched all and all I would of did it again no matter the cuts and burns them kids would of all parished from the fire for sure but yes would of most definitely used a different law firm the commercials are just not true in the cas it's been almost a year and a half now with no compassion and compastion of lost work funds or lose of my motorcycle that parished in a second accident to that accident

Mr Van VaulkenBurgh really helped us when my wife was in a car accident. She was rear ended by a driver. The driver’s insurance company dug in and refused to pay us what we needed. Mr. Van Valkenburgh quickly and professionally resolved our case very favorably. Most importantly, he really cared about us as clients and people.

Very unprofessional business. Need to hire and train the employees who answer the phone at your greenville office professionally. The girl I spoke to was rude and condescending she was more concerned with how I pronounced her name and how to spell it like it was relevant to the call. Gave me the run around about my case and had me on hold forever. Seems to need more training if she has to take that long to tell me if they can take my case or not. Its a rear end accident with the other driver at fault seems pretty standard for what they take according to their commercials which seem to also be false advertising. I will call elsewhere from now on for legal needs I will get better treatment.
