100% utterly useless. Waste of Space. Twice I came to them with legitimate grievances. Refused to lift a fingers to investigate. Then they are very patronizing. "Im sorry you are getting screwed over we wish we could help but (can't). Will never contact them again. I'm even gonna write a letter to my local city council to suggest reevaluating your existence.
