Very bad and unprofessional services. My case was handled by Mr. Paul and his paralegal. His paralegal Rachna made careless mistake due to which I got RFE. In 5years, I was assigned multiple paralegal which makes so inconvenient because everytime you need to trust a new paralegal and you do not know how the work will turn. THEY HANG UP CALLS. HE EVEN INSULTED ME. I do not recommend this firm for immigration purposes.
