I just read some pretty bad 1 star reviews. I guess I’m one of the lucky ones. My contact is Mimi and she has been a pleasure to deal with. Extremely professional with a sincere desire to help me get through this. If the owners of this firm read this review please know Mimi knows how to treat people with kindness, compassion and respect while fulfilling her duties. From reading some of these reviews, it seems like some of the other attorneys in the law firm need to shadow her for a couple days to see how she does it.

If I could give 0 stars for this scam company, I would! If you reach out to them via email they reply back making you feel absolutely worthless with no insight as how to help the situation. You are just left with feeling belittled. This is a joke of a company and I only hope and pray that someday they are no longer in business!

This place is a scam. They sent me fake court documents that even had my states letterhead on it. After calling my states clerks office and getting in touch with an attorney it was determined that these so called court documents were a fake. Nothing had ever been filed by them in my state. As a matter of fact they were not even licensed to practice law in my state. So if you get anything from this company please verify through your state that it is legitimate. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION other then what they already have and even then do not verify with them that the information is correct. Always check with your states court system if they even practice law in law in your state because apparently they are licensed in Michigan. If court papers come directly from your court system and not in their companies envelope then most likely it's fake. Your court system will always notify you with their envelopes and process servers if you are legitimately being sued.

I wish I could give 0 stars. This is the worst customer service that I have ever experienced. I’m not sure if the attitude and rude comments were worse, or the fact they couldn’t answer any questions after providing proof of payment. This company and every representative that I talked to is extremely unprofessional. They refuse to help in any way and are eggar to make snippy rude comments, specifically Anthony.

I was saw sued by them for a account that I don’t even have that was opened by scammers from original creditor they didn’t not believe so know I’m paying for account not mine along with a payment that wasn’t taken cause in Nov they had wrong account number put in and I missed one payment cause of that mistake I called they didn’t want to talk to me at first . And now I sent a payment late once and I don’t know what they will do I hope they won’t garnish cause I barely make anything as a server . And that people are rude at this place . And won’t be able and u have 48 hour to call u back it’s nuts.
