I made a brief case inquiry at their website, I was hoping to discuss my case in more detail with a real human being. I wasn't sure they had received my submission because I received no confirmation email (a standard courtesy for any professional business) and a week pasted without a reply. About 2 weeks had pasted and I recieved a cookie-cutter form letter telling me they wouldn't be taking my case - no interview or details ever discussed - you'd think reputable lawyers would care. Their website would seem to be giving out a load of hype about them. Seems professionalism is going down the crapper. Needless to say, this was telling me these aren't the kind of attorneys I would want representing me.
