I am an experienced business lawyer and executive-level General Counsel with extensive domestic and international corporate and transaction-oriented experience with global public and private companies. During my career, I have been a partner-level attorney in a major law firm and an executive-level in-house lawyer handling in-house operational and strategic legal advice, staff supervision and outside counsel management. I have demonstrated strength in advising public and private companies on corporate, securities and compliance matters, including Sarbanes-Oxley compliance and other governance matters, and in effectively and efficiently handling negotiation of complex commercial, financial and transactional agreements.
