I honestly don't know where to begin with the wonderful experience I had with Melissa Gonzalez. She went so far above and beyond what I could have ever expected and I'm so unbelievably grateful. My case was handled so professionally, with Melissa guiding me every step of the way. They are nice people and all but keep in mind that every single email they send you, once the estate case is open, they will charge you for. Need an extension? 285 dollars. Yet they wont tell you about all these charges before hand and will always say "If you have any questions feel free to ask ", sure becasue they are being paid for you to ask any questions. Also you will get notices in the mail to sell your deceased house even if they dont have one (I am unsure if they get kick backs or not but it wouldnt be surprising )'. The office will offer to overnight checks to you (yet they wont mention how this costs 60 dollars per check). Like come on guys 60 dollars for mailed check? 25 dollars for an email? This is on top of what ever lawyer fees you paid already. best part is you find this out at the end of the case so if you have the option pay the small amount up front first or else they will suck the estate dry, and it just isnt fair. Im sure all estate lawyers do the same type of thing so dont even bother shopping around and be prepared to have a huge amount of your loved ones income chomped out.
