Current client. I will be calling the Mintz law firm manager. I do not feel my husband and I have been represented well. We we're hit by a PT cruiser while on our motorcycle. I seriously wish we would not have signed any paperwork and went with a different company. Maybe something I will still check into. Trying to get a response from anyone is awful. I have emailed and called multiple times about my case and medical needs and finally reached Brenda Contreras. I feel like I annoyed her and she had no sense of concern. It has been an awful feeling. There are days I can't walk because of my pain and to deal with the representation I have has just made me completely depressed. I'm told I will need to pay out of pocket for continued medical treatment, which I need more injections (and medication just to handle daily life). I don't understand how I am liable for my pain, suffering and care for something that wasn't my fault. Makes no sense to me. The doctor who was on my case told me I will have pain the rest of my life. I can't continue to live like this or have representation from people who don't care.

I had evicted a tenant in March of this year and they hired Mintz Law Firm LLC to make a claim against me. They claimed some lady (who was not on the lease) injured herself in my unit and inquired a surgery just a few days before they got evicted. The doctor listed on the bills Anton Zaryanov supposedly provided 'treatment' for over 140k and Mintz law is now trying to 'settle' that with me. There was no proof provided to that person even being in my rental (not even falling down the staircase after the tenants received an eviction notice for non-payment). I explained the situation to mr Alexander J Mintz and told them the claim was clearly fraudulent but it did not seem to worry him at all. I am absolutely positive he knows exactly what is happening and still tries to take my hard earned money. I have heard from others having similar cases with this company. I did report them to the Attorney Council Office.
