I sought out Smeloff & Associates through a referral from a friend. I was initially very hesitate at reaching out but eventually did and got in contact with Richard. Richard answered the first time I called and made me feel at ease about proceeding with my process. He set up a next day convenient time for a meet and greet to discuss what I wanted. I had a great overall impression of Richard, he was approachable, funny, professional and honest about what to expect. I look forward to working with him

When I got in my car accident I was extremely nervous to look for an attorney to represent me. My case manager Lily was extremely helpful and kept me in the loop about my case every time something updated.
