I sought out Smeloff & Associates through a referral from a friend. I was initially very hesitate at reaching out but eventually did and got in contact with Richard. Richard answered the first time I called and made me feel at ease about proceeding with my process. He set up a next day convenient time for a meet and greet to discuss what I wanted. I had a great overall impression of Richard, he was approachable, funny, professional and honest about what to expect. I look forward to working with him

Beware Beware Beware Beware My experience with this practice was unbearable I highly don’t recommend . I had a motor vehicle accident settlement that took years an Richard handed me off to what was told to me is a lawyer in Rhode Island who only takes 100k plus cases . After having to drive into Boston hospitals to get my own medical records an drive to Rhode Island to meet this attorney Richard uses which who is retired. My settlement was 2200 dollars which made me sick . I only put this on here so it doesn’t happen to someone else. Please get second opinion before going to him I hope this saves someone the headaches I had suffered from this horrible experience.
