I started an insurance claim in 2017. I would call every few months as this firm never once reached out and I would have to call 10-20 times to get a return call. It still has not been resolved and it is almost 2022 and I have been emailing Brandon Fizer for the past 6 weeks and have not received a response to any of my emails. I would not have a job if this is how I treated my clients. I have never dealt with an office as unprofessional as this one. I only went with them because my son was friends with someone who worked there and will never make that mistake again!

We filed an insurance claim over 18 months ago, the firm took over from there and if they would ever call me back, as promised over 75 times, or just send their very 1st e-mail, I would be writing this review. however complex this may or may not be, the communication is pretty much non existent with this firm. I cannot even find out my lawyers name, only his assistant. I was just promised a 10 0'clock call back. Again............Percentages of that call happening are slim to none! I hope they do not handle all their clients in this fashion, it has been a horrible experience and very, very stressful. Thanks for the stress.....
