Curtis Smith is awesome. This firm is amazing! I felt very prioritized while I was the re like I was important to them.
I could write a chapter book about my experience and specifically with Aaron Woolf and his wonderful paralegals and assistants. However, that book would be quite long. Basically, in a time where divorce is already a scary step, adding extra various unfortunate conflicts, makes the divorce process that much more painful. Having had gone through one other divorce years ago in California, it was interesting to compare the two cases. Aaron accomplished more, tenfold, than the California divorce attorney years ago, AND he has an easier way to make sure he's paid by setting up payment plans. My California lawyer charged 3 times as much, and didn't seem to have much care or passion to represent me . The unfortunate events I went through this time, were incredibly difficult and painful but having Aaron work right along with me at figuring it all out with the best possible outcome ever, made my experience a million times easier. I've truly never seen a lawyer fight for their client's best interests, than Aaron. He is brilliant and knows the law. He truly knows the law! You can argue a case, but if you don't know how to quickly find comparable historical trials, laws, codes, etc..you could be wasting your time and money. I will never be able to thank he and his staff, enough. Be honest, be real, stay up to date on any and all hearings and legal correspondence, and your case will be handled, exceptionally.
I called this Law Firm because I had heard good things about Curtis Smith being a great criminal defense attorney. I got a call from a paralegal, I unfortunately cannot remember his name, but he was extremely disrespectful on the phone. He couldn’t tell me if Mr Smith has handled cases like mine he just continued to repeat himself on how ‘“Mr. Smith is the number one Criminal Defense Attorney in Eastern Idaho” — that’s the only thing he could say. Asked if I was going to have a problem bringing in money upfront to him, I said no; he told me he was going to need $25,000 today, I was a little taken back by the demand of that amount of money, and the only thing he would say was “Im sorry, I’m not sure if you heard me, (then spoke louder, not kidding) MR SMITH IS THE NUMBER ONE CRIMINAL ATTORNEY IN EASTERN IDAHO!” Cool- that doesn’t mean he has experience in Parole Cases, like the last Criminal Law Attorney I hired. So, since they couldn’t give me any other information, and had only one response as annoying as a broken record; this firm lost a client who could have easily brought in $50k today if, of course I felt I would be recieving the representation I was looking for. Sounds like they have plenty of clients and aren’t looking for more. I recommend looking elsewhere for services, because these guys apparently have plenty and won’t give you the attention you deserve.
Curtis Smith and his team are unbelievable. He is the best attorney this side of the Mississippi. Zach Lords and Curtis Smith and they’re teams are who I’ve dealt with in different matters and I would recommend no one else. Very reasonable for the results they deliver! Thanks Curtis, Zach, Blake, and the rest of the team. I can’t thank you enough!
Zach represented me when my ex wife wanted to move with my children to another state. He was tough, smart and concise. I never felt like he overbilled, his statements were always exactly what I expected. My ex wife said it best, "your Lawyer was just better than mine."
