This company refuses to pay there contractors , Highly recommend that you run from this company if they call you. Trust me you will be working for free if they have it there way and you better be ready to make it a full time job trying to get in touch with them to get paid. They will give you the run around EVERY time when it comes time to get paid. Do your research on this company , because the reviews are true.

If you are a landscaper and do snow removal you better stay far away from this mess! I promise you will not get paid for every invoice. Maybe some of them. Also you better have a great office worker to constantly deal with them! There is a constant flood of emails and phone calls about nothing. 90% of the work is dealing with trying to get paid!

I hope that before other vendors and contractors consider doing business with this company they do their due diligence first. They owe our company over $20,000 dollars. They need to be investigated for not paying their vendors/contractors. It has been going on for years. Believe others that have told their experience not only on Google but on other sites as well. I have read of their own employees posting that what others say about them is true . THEY STEAL FROM SMALL BUSINESSES!!! Stay away!

They do not pay on time !!! When u call them they never return calls and when u have issues they don’t have a answer for you always put off on someone else !! But quick to deny work u do based on pictures not actually storm we are fighting when it comes to snow !!

I have been an electrical service provider for SMS for about 4 years I love working with them, always professional on everything. they are on top of everything all the time, they make things so easy for us providers. PAYMENTS ALWAYS ON TIME THEY HAVE NEVER MISSED A PAYMENT. LOVE IT.
