Snell & Associates

Our landscape design and installation was contracted by our builder through Gum Tree Nursery (Snell & Associates). We are extremely pleased with the whole process. I met with Dana after the initial design was sent to us. She was happy to work with me and change out the plants and trees that I wasn't fond of. She did a beautiful job on the final design. It's welcoming and I love that we have blooming plants front and back. She answered my emails right away and got things taken care of in a timely fashion. The crew did a wonderful job on the installation. They were professional and no mess to deal with. Building is a challenge these days. Everyone is busy and overwhelmed. So I can't thank Dana and Gum Tree enough for a pleasant and enjoyable experience with our landscape design and installation.

We had Snell and Associates (Gumtree Nursery) do our landscaping on a 1/2 acre lot as part of a new build. Mike did a great job partnering with us to design and refine our plan. Tom was great and addressed all questions and had some great suggestions. Dalton was our project manager and everything went according to plan and schedule. From coordinating the irrigation, to planting trees and plants to sod and pine straw. We are so happy and they even said they will come back in a few weeks to ensure enough pine straw is in place and everything is growing properly. We are also pleased to know of the one year warranty. We are absolutely thrilled with the work Snell and Associates did for us. Dana put together a fantastic landscape plan that met all our needs and stayed within our budget. She kept us updated on the progress in our yard, and delivered the completed project exactly when she said she would. I requested one small additional piece of work, and she got that done within a day! The entire experience with Snell, and especially with Dana, was outstanding. We recommend them highly and would definitely use them again.

We just had our new house landscaped by Snell/Gumtree. We had a basic plan then I worked with Mike Sherry to complete it. They included my requests for color, texture, etc. We had the exterior landscaping required for a new house and as well as an unusual request. We created an interior meditation garden that is the focal point of the house. I am very happy with the process and the outcome of the project. Mike responded promptly to every email I sent with questions and suggestions and called me to discuss each issue. I selected my water feature from another vendor and had it delivered to Mike. He let me know when it arrived and inspected it to make sure it was in good condition and installed it in the garden. They had the lawn edged and mowed the day of move in without our asking for it. Two weeks later they sent a staff member to inspect the plantings. He decided to replace 2 that didn't look up to his expectations. After seeing it completed, I wanted some minor changes made to the meditation garden. Mike came personally to discuss what I wanted and make some additional helpful suggestions. They could not have been more responsive to our needs as customers.

Dana did an excellent job of setting up what was needed for our landscaping. This included our irrigation system, plants, French drain, pine straw, stones and pavers! Snell does everything and we have always been happy with the results. We would highly recommend you use their services!
