Snell & Wilmer takes your retainer... from there have fun being ‘just’ a number... No consideration for client what so ever. In the particular case John Delikanakis was lead council for - DELIKANAKIS didn't even FINISH the the case.... He excused his client, John rep'd this family without fully vetting the circumstances, filed suit, exhausted the families retainer and walked away. Snelll & Wilmer lights fires, bills beyond the scope of a clients budget and walks away... This law firm is reckless and abuses the judicial process.
