Retainer fee paid day one, yet this office did not file for the case on time. They did not submit paperwork to the defendant on time, nor did they utilize the required certified process. The case has now been delayed. There was zero communication for a month prior to the initial hearing from Eric once it was finally filed, despite several attempts to contact their office at the number provided. The paralegal team offered no remedial discourse aside from patiently waiting for a call that never came. Our calls now get hung up on instead of answered yet they have not withdrawn from the case nor refunded the retainer. Your money is best spent elsewhere, as the services here lack the necessary representation to even meet the concept of this organization.

Mr. Snoffer handled my child custody case. CPS didn't substantiate the abuse my child received, but Mr. Snoffer was able to get me full custody and not have me have to receive permission from my ex to move more than 100 miles away with my children. I feel he honestly gave me my life back.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Extremely poor communication, delays like you wouldn't believe, for no discernible reason, lies to us over and over saying this or that was in the mail, just unbelievable.
