Making people pay 4x the amount of medically necessary events is sickening. When I got garnished I was asked if I could put money down after telling them I was on the verge of eviction and majority of my possessions were in my vehicle. They then again run to the court for my employment records. Anything to make people look bad, even after telling them numerous times I was in school and couldn't work. They're very privileged to never worry about food, rent/mortgage, car note etc like the rest of us. They are truly heartless, and inhumane.

Going after small medical debts and making you pay x4 as much in all their petty fees. Greed will have a higher power to answer to one day.

Yes they are a debt collector, but they treated me with respect. Everyone I spoke to, on many occasions was friendly and helpful.

First off I have spoken with the receptionist twice before I actually tried to find the building and pay my debt. The receptionist didn’t give any indication that the company wasn’t taking walk-in clients at their building. It was very difficult to understand why she didn’t relay that information during the phone conversation. Their site just states that they are monitoring the Novel Coronavirus not they have closed down their whole facility completely beside telephone communications and emails.

Unwillingness to work with collectees. Very rude. I wasn't even calling for myself. I was calling on behalf of a friend. Serously?!? Get it together guys.
