I suppose it's easy to say you are happy with your attorney when you win (and we did), but I have worked for an attorney and had other attorneys do work for me, and I rate every aspect of the work Matthew Krichbaum and his staff did on my behalf extremely highly. In addition to being responsive and professional, he looked at the basic elements of the case and asked the right questions. I had tried to deal with the problem on my own originally, and I know that bringing Matt Krichbaum in made the difference. I also appreciate that he brought in his very competent and helpful legal staff to do some of the work, saving me money without compromising the quality of the work. Family members who have more experience than I do in this area have advised me to ask what other areas of the law he works in and keep this firm "in my back packet" as a valuable future resource. If there is an experience that I wouldn’t wish for anyone it would be to be profiled according to another’s bias. What was to be a get away to Ann Arbor turned into a life changing moment. One of those moments that forever define you. I was accused of stealing breakfast at a hotel that I was a guest. I learned that day that the translation of the word guest is varied according to personal visits. I also learned that we live in a world where others could see wrong doing but would prefer not to become involved. No matter my education, professional background or the expensive dress that I was wearing. Someone chose to see me as less at a hotel continental breakfast. The worst yet was that my daughter who has just recently graduated from college had to witness the ugly that the world can sometimes offer. Thank God we were directed to Mathew Kritchbaum at Soble Rowe Kritchbaum for legal representation. Human is the first word that comes to mind. All other words to include professional, attentive, strategist while riding a close second could not over take his human component that he offers.
