A nice office Building with handicapped accessible entrants and elevators. They have restrooms and a comfortable waiting area. The staff was pleasant and knowledgeable. Leave any pocket knifes at home because no weapons of any kind are allowed and you will be screened. They also have conference rooms for consultations. Not such a bad experience.

Friendly and professional staff, clean and easy to find.

Come on folks its the government. At least they treat you like a human being and not a number.
