The staffs on the phone were very nice and courteous to schedule an appointment. Very well organized in-person office visit. I’m really surprised and happy that the experience of visiting an SSA office has drastically changed and I hope this stays the same or gets even more better!

My boyfriend was in a horrible car accident in this state and can I say this !!! The technology is from the 1990s stay away from this state they won’t give you no medical assistance even if your injuries are severe he had to go back to his home state just to get the care that was needed I would give it zero stars if I could !!!!!

As always, I was super polite, lots of yes ma’am’s and thank yous and the lady with the dreadlocks was the rudest person I have ever encountered in my entire life. If you have to go to her window, I feel sorry for you. I was changing my name because I just got married and was so excited and she ruined the moment. I don’t know what her problem was. She didn’t even tell me she was finished, she just walked away!!!!!

Please remember this review location is NOT the downstairs Social Security Administration. This is the upstairs Office of disability adjudication.

There are as literally NO PARKING AVAILABLE. Really!? It's absurd. There's probably one person per every fifteen ppl needing help.....this is a very POORLY run office.
