My mother broke her back in a work-place situation where the employer insisted that mom wasn't eligible for any benefits or any help. (They were wrong). We were at a loss and mom found Kristian online in a Google search of all things. Being super protective of her, I was initially very skeptical. But Kristian took the time to drive out from Seattle to visit her at her house, took in the information and guided us through the process step-by-step. I was very impressed by his attention to detail, his care and appreciation of clients and his genuine concern for their well being. He truly wants to help people. His understanding of the law also revealed that mom was eligible for an L&I claim, which allowed her to get medical and disability benefits. Kristian is open and upfront with what the costs are, is very communicative and highly trustworthy. I also appreciate that although he is gentle and patient with my mom, he strikes a great balance in being a advocate and assertive lawyer on the other side. I give him 5 stars because he deserves every single one. I never thought I would write a review for a lawyer of all things, but I'm compelled to share our amazing experience in hopes that it helps others out there that are afraid or scared like we were.
