This company reached out to me about a debt. I set up a payment arrangement, three payments totalling in in the amount of $2800. Everything worked out perfectly. I made good on my debt and the mission was accomplished. When it came time to receive my completion letter, the receptionist, and I'm not gonna say her name, was not friendly at all. She was taking my debt so personal like I was committing a crime asking for my letter. Also one of the attorney's, and again I'm not gonna say any names said he was gonna do something that he didn't do. It took for me to have to call them 3 times to get the letter that they said they mailed to my house 2 weeks ago which I still haven't received. They have promised to manually update my credit report because as they advised me that its quicker than waiting for the 1st of the month when it is usually updated. Today I received an update for my credit report saying that the debt still is not paid. The gentleman I dealt with for my account was very nice but the rest of the people just poor customer service and they do not follow through.

Refuses to remove $0 collection mark on credit report. I'll remove this review in 7 years or wait for a reply.

Seems they charge you $200 every time they send you a letter. Predatory loan sharks, scum of the worst kind.
