I don't understand legal terms and asking Donovan a question was like pulling teeth. I suggest that anyone dealing with this company, get a lawyer so you can understand exactly what needs to be done. Had I known it would be this difficult to get an answer, I would of gotten a lawyer to handle my situation. Being rude doesn't get you anywhere, plus it makes things personal, and pausing after a question has been asked just makes you sound like you have no clue what you are talking about.
