I had hired Peter Sosin based off of a referral from a real estate agent. What an amazing choice that was. I was a tenant getting illegally evicted from a landlord. She was trying to take advantage of me being young and bullying me around. Long story short the landlord had 6 months of my rent that she was holding hostage over my head. Peter was absolutely amazing. My landlord was also very difficult. He advised me in the best ways possible. Called me as soon as he knew anything new to the matter, even if there weren't any updates he always kept the communication flowing. Most importantly he truly had my best interest at heart. He helped avoid taking the matter to the courts which would of ended up costing way more money and taking a year or more to settle. The end result was amazing. Both parties got what they wanted. I got all my money back and was able to legally break the lease whereas she got her tenant out. I would highly recommend hiring him. As there will always be cheaper lawyers out there he is worth the investment. He knows the law very very well. Did an amazing job breaking down the legalities into an understandable manner even talked to my father to explain to him as well and was very fair with the time he had allotted me to the rates he charged.
