Front office seemed like they were burdened by being asked any questions & incredibly unhelpful. I was referred to them by another lawyer who said they’d be able to help with my case personally but the desk person didn’t even listen.

I'm not even sure why this place is even in business. The receptionist was very rude on the phone and in the end I was told that they could not help me because they do not handle landlord tenant issues. They also provided me with information for someone that could help me which was false. I'm a person with a disability with an emotional support animal that is registered and being harassed by the temporary management where I live about it. I have proper documents going back well over 9 years with the same licensed counselor. How can they call themselves a Law Center when they don't offer any help whatsoever?

This was one of the poorest and most arrogant attorneys I've ever ever had the displeasure to engage with! The attorney put her phone so she could not hear me! And then she just kept talking like some sort of dictator!! I am a disabled veteran with cancer living in substandard housing in cat feces! They can't help! And she never bothered to follow up with a text or a phone call to let me know if we were engaged or not ! just let it! Who in their right mind would want someone like that representing them?

So you would think that since no one in the courthouse is able or willing to give you legal advice, that a government ran legal aid services would be a good place to go to if you needed legal advice and representation if you really needed it, and can't afford an attorney, right? If there was a -5 ? I would have chosen it. Because there are absolutely NO ?'s with this entity. The lady at the front desk is Very rude and short with you. The information that I did get from her was that they only help cases with domestic violence victims involved. Like everyone else here has asked.., What exactly do they do, to get paid?????? Well the answer is quite simple my friends: Absolutely Phuggin Nothing. I would advise each and every one of you to research what you need to do to get this god forsaken place Shut Down..!! They are absolutely worthless and a waste of time.????????. Have a good day to all!
