This is the first place that I've been too associate with Nationwide Children's Hospital that has it together. They have been exceptionally helpful and courtious. Everyone I have encountered here has been compassionate and very professional. They take time to answer questions and concerns about my child's care and treatment plan. I am always given information that is helpful and they have worked with me to be as accommodating about scheduling as possible.

I had a bad experience, I took my little nieces to be questioned for a sexual assault case. The women smile in your face but the whole time be brewing to turn the investigation on you. They called children's services saying I was abusing the kids. Which was false. children services came out visited the kids no bruises, scratches or burns like they reported. My children services case was closed by weeks end.

Clean and safe environment. Staff was very helpful

Security guard is always there. The receptionist Barbera is welcoming and discrete. The staff always are pleasantly greeting you when they come to get you. nFREE parking! !!!!!nDirectly across from the main hospital.
