Mr. Willie was very kind a fair. He was very professional and straight forward with everything I needed help with. He responded promptly (doesn't happen often with lawyers in my experience) to my emails and calls. Only the needed services were charged to me and at an honest and reasonable amount. I believe family law is a very tough law practice especially for fathers in Texas so having this kind of treatment was restoring to my faith in law and those who represent us. Thank you Mr. Willie.

Eric initially took my divorce case after taking a 5k retainer. He said that's all he would need and I would get everything I wanted from the house to 50/50 custody of the kids. One month passes by and I get a call from Eric telling me he needs to come into the office to discuss the case. He basically asks me for 5k more. I reluctantly pay another 5k and wait to hear from him. His paralegal did get in contact with me and got some information to set up the Discovery. That seems to go well, but once I'm done with the paralegal I NEVER hear from Eric again. I called, I wrote, I called again, I wrote again, month after month goes by and I get no updates or communication from the office or Eric for 8 months. I've basically given Eric 10k for his paralegal to get my finances. The case moved no further from that point. I would have fired him, but I couldn't even get a hold of him. Please don't hire this man, he will make a horrible situation like divorce or child custody even worse for you. Eric does have many good reviews, those reviews may be true and I'm not going to go through them. But if you notice the likes on the bad reviews, they are in the upper teens and some in the 20s. My guess is that most former clients are too scared to post bad reviews because they don't want Eric's backlash or possible legal retaliation. I'm sure there are many competent lawyers in Austin, Eric was not that for me.

Eric is hands down the most professional, caring, determined, hardworking, trustworthy, dependable and loyal attorney you could ever ask for. He not only knows the law but he takes all your concerns and issues into play and will stand by you and fight for you throughout the entire process. In a world with so many options you wont be disappointed when you select the Law Office of Willie and Dasher to represent you because they truly care about their clients.

Nicole Pearson is the BEST paralegal. My divorce process was messy, and took over a year. I had a lot of questions and concerns. I do not use Eric personally but I know someone who is and from what I am told, Eric is doing everything he can to make sure the divorce is settled as fairly as possible but will also go the extra mile to do what needs to be done. He seems very knowledgeable in the law and I have confidence that he will get this case settled as it should be. I will never again need a divorce lawyer but I would use Eric and highly recommend him.
