Much better choices out there. I've been involved in approx 30+/- real estate closings over the years & the one with Jennifer Karel will always stand out due to multiple mistakes & errors. Documents had to be redone 3 or 4 times to finally get correct. What should have been a simple 30 min closing (less than $200K home) took over 2 hrs. Very frustrating. Website said she'd been with the firm less than a year (at the time) & inexperience clearly showed. Hopefully my experience isn't the norm with this firm...
