This law firm is an absolute JOKE. They refuse to call you back, I have had a case now going on 3 years without even an offer. The attorney didn’t want to provide documentation requested by the insurance company and wanted to just file a lawsuit back in APRIL, we are now in DECEMBER and I have not heard from anybody at the law firm. I have called several times with no response or call back. I called today 12/08/2023 and was hung up on by the answering service because I said this is getting ridiculous. No other lawyer will take on the case because you only have three years to file a lawsuit and the three year mark is up in February. I wish I never wasted my time with this joke of a company.

Hello, I wish I had gone somewhere else to settle my case. I was in a car accident five years ago in 2019 and my case still hasn't settled. I only had minor damage to my car. They have too many cases they took on cuz they are money hungry and now they have transferred me to a different lawyer in Warwick. It's a good thing I have a reliable car. This law firm is a JOKE!!

I had Rainer Randell as my attorney and he is honestly the best I ever had. I had been through 3 other lawyers before that were recommended to me by family and friends for past cases but Rainer is the best of them all. Unlike the lawyers recommended to me for past cases, Rainer was on top of everything and kept me updated with everything in my case. Rainer explained to me the process that would be taking place for my case and is detailed in his explanations that I didn't have to ask any questions. I will definitely be going back to him in the future and recommend him heavily to anyone looking for an attorney.
