Gary S Alweiss

I been a patient of Dr. Alweiss for many years. I have to say his new staff are horrible especially Michelle. She has a terrible temper and her customer service is just bad. I just asked her a simple question and she tells me to stop wasting her time that she is busy. How dare she tells a patient to stop wasting her time! I am a sick patient and for a patient to ask a medical question is normal. Normally Danielle has been taking care of me but she is no longer with them. I was very sad when I heard she left. Thankfully Hanna took care of me. She was very nice and made sure everything ran smoothly. Hanna was such a sweetheart. Please stay there Hanna and don't leave.

Dr. Alweiss is a superior neurologist. One of the best. His office staff has room for improvement.

Doctor is terrible, he said he couldn't help me for my ms pain and headaches. He's a neurologist?!?!!

Staff is terrible! You can never get a staff member to pick up the phone. You always nhave to leave messages...When they do call nYou back which is the following day or not at nAll...The appointment receptionist, Hanna rushes you off the phone..it is almost as if you are annoying her...She is rude and not pleasant nTo deal with at all...if you don't like your employment position maybe you should move on....if it wasn't for the fact that my parentsnHappen to like Dr Alweiss...I would find a different Doctor...
