Total rip offs. I mean most lawyers are but on the other end most lawyers do what’s in the best interest of their client not themselves not the county not other companies. I don’t know if it’s a NC thing but these people take forever to respond back. In fact you have to contact them twice to get them to respond. They don’t do what they say they going to do which is downright deplorable. However, when it comes to payments they are very aggressive. Sickening if I knew what I knew now I would have become a lawyer. Cause you can be paid handsomely to do whatever you want and represent who you want how you want and don’t have to worry about the law because they are lawyers. But hey this is amerikkkka we all know the game. I’m paying do what I ask. They come out with these lame excuses that don’t make any sense. Only reason I won’t say what they actually did is for confidential purposes. But I will say they do not care about people.

I had a consultation with this firm three weeks ago, I have attempted to follow up with this firm by phone and email and no one will contact me.

Definitely not aggressive. I needed an attorney to fight for my share of the property that my name was on. Spence had such the liberal mind set. After losing a couple grand, I realized I needed a more aggressive attorney. I am sure he has his specialty that he works good for, but if you need someone to fight for you….hang it up. If going through a divorce, and need property divided/split/sold, I wouldn’t use Spence. Guess that’s what you get with a real estate attorney.

This attorney office is comfortable and the staff make you feel at ease. They really know how to treat people and respect and help people.

This law firm and Spence himself is an honest, straightforward, dedicated attorney that will not only work for you, but will work for what is right. One of few attorneys that truly care outside of what they make and their ego of winning a dispute. An attorney that has great morals and strong since of ethics.
